Why now

From April 2029
All VAT invoices will have to be issued as e-invoices from April 2029. HMRC and the Department for Business and Trade plan to publish an implementation roadmap at Budget 2026; the technical standard hasn't been confirmed yet.
CoreFlare LMS issues e-invoices in EN 16931 and Peppol format, the formats the UK is considering for its 2029 mandate.
From October 2027
Digital waste tracking becomes mandatory for waste carriers, brokers and dealers from October 2027. Receiving sites in England and Wales are required to use it from October 2026.
CoreFlare Loop is being built around it.
On every job
Fuel is about a fifth of the cost of running a 44-tonne artic: 20.98% in the Road Haulage Association's latest cost tables. Waiting time at collection and delivery is driver time you've already paid for. If neither is recorded against the job, neither gets charged.
CoreFlare LMS adds fuel surcharges and waiting time to invoices automatically.
